Delivery

Delivery of goods purchased on the website www.stephenthomas.ie/shop will be made with the courier company Fastway (www.fastway.ie).

All orders received before 12 noon will be delivered on the next working day excluding bank holidays, public holidays, seasonal holidays and weekends.

The condition of the container of goods is the responsibility of Fastway, but should be brought to the attention of the shipping department of Stephen Thomas Male Grooming and Skin Clinic at the email address sales@stephenthomas.ie

Once a purchase is made, a tracking number will be sent to the customer from fastway couriers and sales@stephenthomas.ie.

Treatment and Voucher inquiries should be sent to appointments@stephenthomas.ie

Returns

The return of faulty goods should be sent to Stephen Thomas Male Grooming and Skin Clinic at the customers expense and arrangements will be made to replace or refund. Please include a cover not with your name, address and contact number. Returns go to:
