A microplus+ medi-facial is more than a facial. Microplus+ combines the benefits of medical grade microdermabrasion and sonophoresis for maximum skin correcting results.
Microdermabrasion is one of the best anti-ageing skin care treatments available. This safe and painless treatment accelerates the exfoliation of dead skin cells which in turn stimulates new cell growth and the renewal of collagen. Using a gentle vacuuming system and diamond tips, microdermabrasion removes dull, dead skin cells, unclogs pores and polishes the skin. Collagen Induction Therapy is a scientifically proven method of reversing the signs of ageing, scars and deep or enlarged pores in the skin. More commonly known as microneedling, this treatment offers an alternative to fillers, Botox and other surgical methods of skin age reversal. It is also effective at treating stretch marks.
Needling works by creating tiny, superficial and rapid punctures in the skin to induce the formation of fibroblasts (formed as a healing response) which in turn, produce collagen.
